You may have heard of Dishwasher Dave and his American Ninja-inspired dancing – how you can watch him in action with this video.

The 48-year-old, real name Dave Cooper, has become a bit of an internet sensation thanks to footage of his wild dancing at Newcastle nightspots being posted on YouTube.

Sadly, his antics seem to have got him banned from his favourite bar – but no worries Dave, here at London24 we salute you for being an inspiration to embarrassing dancers everywhere.

Sometimes we all just need to let go a little bit and strut our stuff!

Watch the video above to see Dave putting on a show for his local newspaper.

Have you seen any dancers of the calibre of Dave at your local joints? Have any amusing dancers caught your eye on YouTube? Send video links to simon.bull@archant.co.uk and help turn these people into stars too.
