Prince William is by far the most popular member of the Royal Family, according to the results of a new poll.

Two thirds of people taking part in the Ipsos MORI survey picked the Duke of Cambridge, ahead of The Queen’s 48 per cent and 36 per cent for Prince Harry.

The Duchess of Cambridge scored 23 per cent, while Prince Charles was favoured by 21 per cent of the participants.

And in the Diamond Jubilee year, nine in ten people said they were satisfied with the way The Queen carried out her duties.
