Archant

For some lunchtime entertainment, watch this hilariously risqué episode of classic kids’ TV show Rainbow.

The cast and crew made this special version for the Thames TV staff Christmas tape n 1979.

It features all the well known characters – Zippy, Bungle, George, Geoffrey, Rod, Jane and Freddy – with the sexual innuendo and double entendres being laid on very thick.

If you’re of an age where you grew up watching Rainbow, you’ll love this rude take on an otherwise innocent children’s favourite.
