Thief who looks like Justin Bieber nicked a phone in Plymouth

Police are seeking a man who bears a ‘striking resemblance’ to the singer in connection with a phone theft.
Devon and Cornwall Police want to speak to the man after a £700 mobile was nicked from a shop in Plymouth.
The gold-coloured iPhone 6S was taken from the Vodafone store in New George Street on December 5 at 4.35pm.
A CCTV image of a man, wearing a baseball cap, brown jacket and light jeans, has now been released as police think he may be able to help with enquiries.
A force spokesman said: “Officers are keen to identify the man pictured and anyone who recognises him is asked to contact police on 101.”
