A barrel of monkeys invaded the pitch during England’s final warm-up game against India, causing a delay during proceedings.

Fast forward this video to 1.40 minutess to see how three Grey Langur monkeys charged onto the pitch and made themselves comfortable at deep point as well as on the floodlights.

Tim Bresnan, England’s most successful bowler during the game said: “Nah, we get them all the time down my local cricket club.”

The match ended as a draw.
