Portraits of actresses Joan Collins, Marlene Dietrich and Brigitte Bardot will be among those on display at the Photo Noir: The Art Of Cornel Lucas exhibition, beginning on February 17.

Lucas, who died at the age of 92 in 2012, pioneered film portraiture in the 1940s and ‘50s, and made history in 1998 when claimed his Bafta.

The exhibition, in the National Theatre’s Lyttelton exhibition space, runs until March 29.
