Rihanna treated a handful of London fans to an unusually intimate concert at Kentish Town’s HMV Forum last night.

The 24-year-old Barbadian singer arrived at the Highgate Road venue after switching on the Christmas lights at Westfield Stratford City.

It marked the penultimate leg of the 777 tour to celebrate the release of her seventh album, Unapologetic, in the UK.

She appeared in a playful mood, pulling faces at the crowd, which included Alexandra Burke, Pixie Lott and Kylie Minogue.

But she reportedly called a halt to the set during ‘Where Have You Been’ when the band started playing out of sync with the backing track.

The seven-day tour has seen Rihanna travelling on a Boeing 777 to Mexico City, Toronto, Stockholm, Paris and Berlin.

The final stop is New York where she will perform on Wednesday.
