Amy Childs has admitted she is jealous of her former co-star Lauren Goodger being a contestant on this year’s Dancing on Ice.

The 22-year-old beauty admits she is “so jel” of the dazzling outfits her former The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) co-star will wear when she appears in the forthcoming series of the ITV1 skating show.

And Childs is also tipping Goodger to do well in the competition.

She said: “Dancing on Ice starts this weekend and my pal Lauren Goodger is taking part. I think she’ll be great and will definitely get the TOWIE vote.

“I’m so jel that she will get to wear all those glittering outfits!”

As well as following Goodger’s progress in the competition, Childs is keen to see what former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson will be like on the programme, and she is tipping former X Factor winner Shayne Ward to be among the frontrunners.

Writing in her new! magazine column, she added: “Pamela Anderson will be in it too, and I love her!

“I can’t wait for her first performance. I bet her outfit will be so glam with lots of cleavage and sequins!

“I think Shayne Ward will do well as he will get the ladies’ vote. The rest of the line-up seems a bit older this year, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. It should mix things up a bit.”

Dancing on Ice starts on ITV1 on Sunday.
