The bodyguard of star Justin Timberlake has escaped police action over an alleged fight outside a top restaurant in London.

Timberlake was eating dinner at the exclusive Nobu restaurant on Tuesday night, when a scuffle broke out between his hulking security guard and a photographer.

Police were called following reports that a man was punched to the ground.

A 45-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of common assault at London’s swanky Dorchester Hotel, where Timberlake, 30, is staying during his visit to London.

But now the guard has been released without charge, a Metropolitan Police spokesman told London24.com.

Timberlake is in town to promote new film ‘Friends with Benefits’ with co-star Mila Kunis.

The pair were eating together when the incident happened.
