The party at 50 St James in London was hosted by designer to the stars Marc Jacobs, and celebrated Moss’s book Kate: the Kate Moss Book.

Moss, who wore a gold floor length dress, attended with husband Jamie Hince, and was joined by friends from the worlds of fashion, including retail mogul Sir Philip Green, music and sport.

Among those who attended were Noel Gallagher, Sir Bob Geldof, Pixie Geldof, Stella McCartney, Boy George, Abbey Clancy and her husband ex-Liverpool footballer Peter Crouch.

Singer Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine wore a dress by Marc Jacobs, saying she was “stepping out of her comfort zone and wearing a body clinging dress” that she never imagined she would wear.

Guests at the party, sponsored by CIROC Ultra - Premium Vodka, enjoyed Moss’s signature tipple, The Kate 76, a combination of vodka, lemon, sugar, ice and champagne which she created when she was 18.

Kate: the Kate Moss Book has been created by Moss and is a personal retrospective on her career from “new girl with potential” to one of the most iconic models of all time.
