The only The Only Way is Essex star Amy Childs swapped high heels for wellies at a spoof rural Olympics – with Millie Mackintosh from Made in Chelsea also there.

The TV star chose a tractor instead of the track as she took part in the Nature Valley Games, also featuring former Olympians Roger Black and Jamie Baulch.

Childs, who quit ITV2’s The Only Way Is Essex, posed on straw bales and jumped on to a tractor as she prepared for the sporting challenge in London.
