David Walliams to premiere new book Ratburger

David Walliams is to premiere his book Ratburger at a special event for fans.

The funnyman and author will be in conversation with Britain’s Got More Talent presenter Stephen Mulhern at the event on September 13 at the venue in Sloane Terrace, London.

Featuring uber-villain Burt, Ratburger is a flamboyant tale full of Walliams’ trademark wit.

Fans will be able to get the book before its official publication date at the event, and meet Walliams as well.

Walliams said: “I can’t wait for my young fans to get their hands on Ratburger. It is my scariest and funniest book yet.”

The comedian, who is married to model Lara Stone, has sold over a million copies of his books in the UK alone, according to statistics from Bookscan 2012.

His last book, Gangsta Granny, went to number 1 in the children’s book charts and globally his books have been translated into 25 languages.
