Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are set to make their long-awaited appearances on the red carpet.
But dedicated fans have been camped out for most of the day, eager to catch a glimpse of the stars despite today’s chilly conditions.
They might have been warmed up by news that Robert, 26 has not ruled out returning to the film at a later date
Three guesses at who Ashleigh Merrett, 16, has come to see tonight. Picture: Jonathan Brady/PA WireHe told US TV show ‘Extra’: “If they still hire me to play a 17-year-old when I’m 40 or whatever, I would do anything.
“Definitely ... I’d be interested next year, probably.”
Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, would be happy to go back to the role for a spin-off with his character.
He said: “I’d love to show some more backstory or show more of the relationship between Rosalie and Emmett. So I would definitely come back.”
The cold weather meant these Twihards came in their coats sleeping bags: Jonathan Brady/PA WireRobert also revealed he is interested in working with girlfriend Kristen Stewart - who plays Bella Swan - again, admitted they have discussed it.
He added: “It could be a difficult thing to find.
“But there’s like 10 actresses to work with, unless you’re going to hire an unknown, no one hires anyone other than the 10 actresses for a lead, it’s very strange.”
