Kate Moss could be set to make her big screen debut in a Sadie Frost production after her friend insisted now is the “right time” for the supermodel to star in a motion picture.
The supermodel is being tempted into film acting by production company owner Frost, who has a number of possible roles lined up for the 38-year-old star to take on if she wishes.
Frost, who was married to Hollywood actor Jude Law, said: “I have my own production company now called Blonde to Black and we’d love to get Kate on the big screen.
“We’ve got a few roles for her - no pressure. But if she wants to, we’d love her to.”
The friends starred alongside each other in a TV sketch for Comic Relief in 2009, and Frost insists she has always encouraged the blonde beauty to star in a motion picture and thinks now is the “right time” for her to make the transition to the big screen.
She added to the Daily Telegraph newspaper: “I’ve done a few acting roles with her.
“We did the little ‘Sadie, Stella’ thing with Katy Brand for Red Nose Day 2009 and Kate really comes across well on screen.
“I’ve always said to her, ‘You should do it, you should do it.’ I think it will be the right script and the right timing for her.”
Moss previously starred in short film Blackadder: Back & Forth, based on the successful British sitcom, as the fictional Queen of England and Maid Marian, and she has also appeared in music videos by Sir Elton John and Primal Scream.
