N-Dubz star Dappy wants to be on Strictly Come Dancing.
The No Regrets hitmaker, whose cousin and bandmate Tulisa Contostavlos is a judge on rival show The X Factor, thinks he would be a great competitor on the BBC talent show because he is a good mover.
He told We Love Pop magazine: “I would love to go on Strictly Come Dancing. I’ve got good rhythm, of course.”
Despite Tulisa becoming a huge star on The X Factor, Dappy claims he is not jealous of her success because they are “completely different”.
He said: “I’ve never, ever been jealous of Tulisa, because we do completely different things.
“I’m too down to earth and too humble to have a grudge over my cousin who is a female.”
Dappy may be inclined to do Strictly because he believes his behaviour has changed from when he was younger and in N-Dubz.
He added: “I’ve gone smarter. N-Dubz was the teenage years.”
Contestants on this year’s Strictly include Olympians Victoria Pendleton and Louis Smith, presenter Denise Van Outen and cricketer Michael Vaughan.
