Strictly’s Kristina Rihanoff reveals “best Christmas present ever”

Strictly Come Dancing’s Kritina Rihanoff has revealed she has already received the best Christmas present she could hope for from her boxer boyfriend Joe Calzaghe.
The 35-year-old, who is a professional dancer on the BBC1 show, said she didn’t need anything in her stocking on Christmas morning because she would be spending the holiday season with her mother.
She said: “I already got the best present ever because my boyfriend has brought my mother over from Russia.
“That is a great present, I wouldn’t want anything else. It was so thoughtful of him so I’m so, so happy.”
Speaking at a special performance of the musical Wicked, where a new cast was unveiled at London’s Apollo Victoria theatre, Kristina, who partnered James Bond actor Colin Salmon in this year’s show, said she is looking forward to a rest now the current series of Strictly is over.
She said: “It will be nice to have a break and be back home and enjoy my family and family fun. I have about a month off, I will carry on teaching but it’s much less full on.”
