Food lovers are being invited to immerse themselves in the world of bubbly chocolate at a pop-up “bubble playground”.

The Bar of Aero will be open for just three days this week at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane and will use innovative technology to create a multi-sensory experience.

Visitors will go into The Bar of Aero through an orange and green bubble waterfall before stepping into a brightly coloured peppermint scented playground.

Once inside visitors will be able to interact with levitating bubbles, which contain prizes from bags of Aero Bubbles to uplifting spa weekends.

There will also be a movement reactive, ultra-modern Aero hot chocolate dispenser, and those attending will get to take home their favourite Aero bar, if they can find the sweet spot.

The Bar of Aero, which has been designed by Tea Time Productions and interaction designers, Poietic Studios, is at the Dray Walk Gallery, Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, from November 16 to November 18.

Entry is free and the bar is open from 12pm to 7pm each day.
