Londoner Tom Gearing is hoping to be hired by Lord Sugar when the latest series of The Apprentice ends on Sunday.
The business tycoon will pick the winner after 11 weeks of tough tasks and tougher talking in the boardroom.
The four finalists will battle it out for the chance to become his new business partner and win an investment of £250,000.
But first they will have to face a grilling from Lord Sugar’s associates including the fearsome Margaret Mountford.
Tom, aged 23, is a director of a fine wine investment company.
He will be up against recruitment team leader Ricky Martin, business development manager Jade Nash and technology entrepreneur Nick Holzherr.
