TOWIE star says Chloe Sims is too old for him

The Only Way is Essex’ star James ‘Diags’ Bennewith has confessed his “love” for Chloe Sims, but says he knows her too well to ever go out with her.

The 21-year-old - who is a good friend of Tom Pearce on the show- also admits he has a crush on Emily Atack and has strong feelings for his co-star Chloe, but thinks she is too old for anything to happen between them.

He said: “I met Emily Atack the other night and she was lovely! I’ve never fancied anyone on ‘TOWIE’.

“Lauren Pope and Chloe Sims are great but they are too old for me. I love Chloe, though, we can talk for hours and hours, but I know her too well.”

Despite using his fame to initially attract the opposite sex, he is now finding it frustrating as he would like to settle down with a girl who wants to get to know him better than his on-screen personality.

He told Reveal magazine: “I’m trying not to go out as much.

“But now that I’m looking for a girlfriend, it’s frustrating that they might just want to talk to me because of ‘TOWIE’. I want to find someone genuine.”
