An air ambulance and emergency services are on scene after a woman fell under a train at Swiss Cottage station this morning (Wednesday, April 4).

London Ambulance Services confirmed they were called at 9.05am to reports of a woman under a train at the Tube station in Avenue Road.

The air ambulance was seen circling above Swiss Cottage station before landing in Swiss Cottage Open Space behind Hampstead Theatre.

According to early reports the woman escaped serious injury.

Emergency services are still on scene.
