Bexley Police looking for sexual assault information

Bexley Police are appealing for information after a 39-year-old mother was sexually assaulted in broad daylight while pushing her child in a pushchair on Monday.

She was crossing over the flyover towards Bexley Village from Hall Place between 1pm and 1.20.

The suspect is described as an overweight white man between 27 and 33, 5ft 5in, with short dark brown hair, clean shaven and wearing blue jeans with an orange and red striped t-shirt at the time of the assault.

He headed into the village before turning left towards Foots Cray Meadows.
