Chelsea FC’s billionaire owner Roman Abramovich finds out this week the result of a legal battle with rival oligarch Boris Berezovsky.
Abramovich, 45, who witnessed Chelsea lift the coveted Champion’s League trophy in May, is battling accusations he used intimidation tactics to buy shares.
Mr Berezovsky, 66, wants damages in relation of the sale of shares in a Russian oil company.
He also claims the Chelsea sugardaddy broke promises during a deal for an aluminium company.
Abramovich faces paying out up to £3bn in damages if he loses.
He denied the allegations and also predictably denied that Mr Berezovsky was entitled to damages.
Judicial Office officials said today (Tuesday) that High Court judge Mrs Justice Gloster shall deliver a ruling in London on Friday.
