‘I’m a Celebrity’ man Aggro Santos’ rape trial collapses

The trial has collapsed of a former ‘I’m A Celebrity’ contest accused of raping two young women.
The jury in the trial of Aggro Santos at Chichester Crown Court has been discharged.
Aggro, who was charged under his real name Yuri Santos, may now face a retrial next year.
The Tooting, south London resident, denies assaulting a young woman following a public appearance at nightclub in Yeovil, Somerset, in September 2010.
He was also alleged to have raped a 16-year-old girl in May last year after the University of Chichester summer ball.
Friend and co-defendant Tyrelle Ritchie, 22, allegedly forced her to perform oral sex on him.
Santos denied two counts of rape.
Ritchie, of Vauxhall Street, Lambeth, south-east London, denied one count of oral rape.
