A man has admitted slashing two women with a knife on the streets of Hounslow in apparently random attacks.
The victims were left with slashes to the face and neck. Picture: Metropolitan PoliceSasha Masamba, of Nicholes Road, Hounslow, pleaded guilty at the Old Bailey today to two offences of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The victims, Kaja Zablocka, 19, and Deserilyn Aurelio, 26, were attacked late at night on August 7 and August 17 last year, the court heard.
They were taken to hospital and required stitches to a wound across the neck in one case, and a slash across the face in the second.
Masamba was arrested at Hounslow railway station on August 21 after an appeal.

The prosecution at the Old Bailey accepted his new pleas and he was remanded in custody to be sentenced on April 9.
Bobbie Cheama, prosecuting, said both victims had been consulted before the decision was made to accept his pleas to the lesser charges.
