Two men appeared in court today in connection with the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old man in Enfield five years ago.
Robert Bernard, 30, of no fixed address, and Adrian Thomas, 29, of Lion Road, Enfield, were remanded in custody to a plea and case management hearing in March.
Duane Tomlin died in a car park off Dendridge Close as he got out of a minicab just after midnight.
He was on his way home on July 5 2007 when the cab was ambushed by gunmen in a white Vauxhall Combo van.
Mr Tomlin was shot several times as he tried to escape the gunmen, who had riddled the minicab with bullets.
