Michael Green, 48, of Archer Road, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, admitted false imprisonment, making a bomb hoax and criminal damage.

Tottenham Court Road was closed for hours on April 27 after Green stormed into an office, making threats.

He threw office equipment out of the window onto the street during the incident.

After negotiators and armed police were called, he emerged stripped to the waist and was led away by officers.
