Would you like to become a puppy walker for Bromley police?

To send a link to this page to a friend, you must be logged in.

Volunteers take a puppy into their homes for between six and eight months and attend the dog school for regular assessment days.

A police spokesman said: “The Met provides all the food and pays for all veterinary bills. Puppy walkers give their puppy a firm foundation for its later training.”

To qualify, there needs to be a responsible adult at home most of the day and you must have a secure garden. You also need your own transport and be happy to have your house “turned upside down” by a small pup.
