Detectives have released an image of a man wanted in connection with the discovery of a body in Streatham yesterday.

Police believe a dead woman found in a maisonette in James Boswell Close is 23-year-old Russian Anastasia Voykina. She was reported missing on Sunday.

Felipe Lopes, 27, who officers say was in a relationship with her, was last seen on January 5 in Piccadilly. The image shows him on January 6.

Ms Voykina’s last known contact was a phone call to her family on December 30.

Police have opened a murder investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact 020 8345 3982, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Witnesses who see Felipe Lopes are asked to call 999.
