Suma Brown, from Bourne Terrace, in Maida Hill, was charged with affray after a fight broke out at the open air swimming centre as families looked on.

A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the abdomen and a 19-year-old boy was knifed in the buttocks. Neither injury was life-threatening.

On Thursday (July 26) magistrates declined jurisdiction of Brown’s case and released him on bail until September 6 when he is expected to be sent to the crown court for trial.

Brown must live and sleep at his home address, he has been fitted with an electronic tag and he has been banned from entering Camden.

Six boys aged 16 to 18 were arrested following the stabbings on July 24 at around 5.20pm on suspicion of affray.

They have all been bailed to return to a central London police station in September.
