While Hornsey School for Girls is now second from bottom in the A-level table, it is the only school in Haringey this year to have every single student pass every exam they took.
The result also hides other improvements, including the proportion of exams passed at A* and A more than doubling, from six per cent in 2011 to 13pc.
The number of grades at B and above also rose from 27pc to 44pc this year - results comparable to Greig City Academy and Highgate Wood School.
A school spokesman said it was “once again delighted” with the results, which improved “thanks to our amazing students and dedicated staff”.
In particular, every student who took sociology and maths, and at least three-quarters who took biology, chemistry and history, earned a C grade or better.
