ABH charge for East Ham teacher

A Newham teacher has appeared in court accused of actual bodily harm of a child.

Vincent Orugboh, 49, from Enfield, was suspended from his post teaching Maths and Science at Brampton Academy in East Ham.

Orugboh appeared at Enfield Magistrates Court on March 23 charged with ABH.

He was committed to appear at Wood Green Crown Court on April 20.

Brampton Manor Academy declined to comment.
