AEC, who are the subject of an upcoming film, conquered 33 teams from across the continent at the Jamfest European contest, winning every division they entered.

Advanced team AEC Legacy, who have recently returned from the World Cheerleading Championships in Florida, won another Grand Champion title and were invited to compete in the Majors Competition in Indianapolis, USA, open only to the Top 10 teams in the world.

Senior team AEC Supremacy beat 15 teams to finish first in their division while Junior team AEC Synergy also came tops despite most of the athletes facing their GCSE exams the following week.

Youth team AEC Dynasty won their division and were also invited to the US Finals in Indianapolis while Mini team AEC Prodigy delivered the clean sweep for the Eagles.

Angela Green, director of AEC, said: “I’m extremely proud, the teams all performed incredibly well, it’s great to see all of their hard work pay off, we are grateful to have such amazing athletes, coaches, and supporters.”

Due to compete in three week’s time at the Future Cheer Nationals, AEC are currently recruiting new members at their Tryout Classes on Wedesndays from 6pm to 7.30pm at Talent Central Cheer Gym, Gallions Reach Shopping Park, Beckton, E6 7ER at £6 per session.
