Guests evacuated after Bayswater hotel fire

More than 100 firefighters are currently tackling a large blaze at a hotel in Bayswater.

Guests have been evacuated while crews in 20 fire engines attempt to put out the flames at the Royal Court Apartments in Gloucester Terrace.

Part of the fifth floor, the lift shaft and the roof are currently on fire.

Nobody is reported injured but the London Ambulance Service is on standby at the scene.

London Fire Brigade said they were called shortly before 11.30am.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
