Doctors of the World UK, which is part of the international NGO Medecines du Monde, has run a local clinic in Bethnal Green since 2006. Now it is looking to get people involved in fundraising and volunteering for the charity.

It will hold a meeting this evening (Monday) in a bid to promote the charity, with a particular focus on encouraging doctors and nurses to get involved in the project.

The meeting will be held at Praxis in Pott Street, Bethnal Green, between 6.15pm and 8.00pm on Monday evening.
