Shaka Wilmot, 39, fell from a second-storey window of a block of flats in Chesterton Road, north Kensington just before 3.05pm on Saturday, November 17.

He was taken to hospital where he later died.

The 39-year-old, who lived in the flats he fell from, was found to have died of a head injury consistent with a fall.

Detectives have traced and spoken to three people who left before police arrived. Subsequently a 24-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman who had been arrested and bailed in connection with the investigation have now been released with no further action.

DCI Charles King said: “The death continues to be treated as suspicious at this stage, and we are still appealing for anyone who may have information that could assist us to come forward.

“If you can help us piece together the events that led to the death, please do so.”

Anyone with information call the incident room on 020 8721 4054 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
