Famous faces including James Cracknell, David Walliams and Diversity will carry the Olympic flame during the last week of the torch relay.
The torch arrives in London on Friday, when it will be flown by helicopter to the capital and then abseiled into the Tower of London, where it will spend the night.
On Saturday the torch goes through the boroughs of Greenwich, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Waltham Forest.
It will be carried on a lap around the Cutty Sark in Greenwich by Sir Robin Knox-Johnson, the first person to sail solo non-stop around the world.
It will also be taken onto the roof of The O2.
On Sunday the relay will go to Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Bexley.
It will be carried in a boat across Fairlop Lake in Redbridge, and dance group Diversity will take it on stage at the Dagenham Town Show.
Celebrated concert pianist Lang Lang will carry the flame on to the stage at the Queen’s Theatre, Hornchurch.
Boxer Lennox Lewis will be the final torchbearer of the day.
On Monday, July 23 the flame will go from Lewisham to Wandsworth, and will make a stop at Albert Square in EastEnders when character Billy Mitchell carries the torch.
Doreen Lawrence, mother of murdered teenager Stephen Lawrence, will carry the flame at the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust Centre.
Athlete Marlon Devonish will take the flame on a lap around Crystal Palace Stadium.
Television presenter Sue Barker will take the torch to Tooting & Mitcham Community Sports Club, and the flame will also visit Centre Court at Wimbledon.
Tennis player Tim Henman will be the final torchbearer of the day.
On Tuesday, July 24 James Cracknell will be the first torchbearer on the flame’s journey from Kingston-upon-Thames to Ealing.
On Wednesday, July 25 the flame visits Wembley Stadium where it will be carried by former England goalkeeper Gordon Banks.
Rupert Grint, who played Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films, will carry the torch at Middlesex University.
The last torchbearer of the day will be Daley Thompson at Alexandra Palace.
On the penultimate day of the relay, Thursday, July 26, the flame will go from Camden to Westminster.
David Walliams will carry it at Islington Town Hall, and it will go past landmarks including St Paul’s Cathedral and go into Shakespeare’s Globe.
