A second person has been charged with the murder of a teenager in Pimlico.

Hani Hicham Abou El Kheir, 16, was found dead on January 27 in Lupus Street. A post-mortem gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds.

Today police charged Arber Barbatovci, 19, of Pimlico, with Hani’s murder. He is due to appear at Redbridge Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

Ahmed Mikhaimar, 19, of Vauxhall Bridge Road, London, has previously been charged with Hani’s murder.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on April 26 for a plea and case management hearing, Scotland Yard said.
