Queen “amused” by controversial London Olympics stunt

The Queen was “very amused” by her Olympics Opening Ceremony cameo, it has emerged.
Her majesty Elizabeth II appeared in a sketch with James Bond Daniel Craig – appearing to parachute out of a helicopter.
The stunt drew criticism from some as unbefitting of the status of the monarch.
Cultural commentator Richard Ingram branded it “undignified.”
International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge said she loved watching it.
He said: “I was standing in the room near the queen and we were watching it on TV.
“She had a smile on her face because she knew the plot.
“She was very amused.”
