Jerome Frost has been made an Officer of the British Empire in the Queen’s birthday honours for services to regeneration, for his work as head of design and regeneration at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA).

Now working for design, planning and engineering firm Arup as head of planning practice for the UK, Middle East and Africa, the Stroud Green resident said: “I am delighted to receive this honour. I hope it recognises my commitment to regeneration in all of the work I have been involved with to date.

“As regards the work of the ODA, this honour reflects the hard work of the entire team and their amazing dedication to achieving the long-term regeneration outcome from the Olympic investment.

“I was born and brought up a Haringey resident and I now hope to be able to use my experience in the work I am undertaking with Haringey Council on the regeneration programme in Tottenham.”

Mr Frost was central to the development of the Olympic Park masterplan, and referenace framework for the venues and the Urban Olympic Park.
