Pop band Loveable Rogues are so close to TV glory – after the London-based lads booked the place in the Britain’s Got Talent final.
Pop supremo, Simon Cowell – who swaps searching for new singing talent for unearthing performing animals in BGT, hailed the Rogues.
“It was brilliant. You’ve come together at absolutely the right time. This is absolutely the real deal,” said the music mogul.
Now they join pop-opera duo Jonathan and Charlotte, Latin American ballroom dancers Kai and Natalia, Pudsey the dancing dog with dance partner Ashleigh, Welsh male choir Only Boys Aloud and also Molly Rainford in Saturday’s final.
Two more acts will be chosen during tonight’s show. Thefinal acts will be added to the line-up tomorrow (Thursday).
Coral bookmakers said Jonathan and Charlotte are the current favourites to win at 8-13, followed by Ashleigh and Pudsey at 10-3 and Loveable Rogues on 6-1.
Loveable Rogues, who topped Wednesday’s public vote, won themselves legions of fans as they belted out their own tune, Lovesick.
