A dove was released outside the Old Town Hall, Stratford to mark awareness about an asbestos related in-curable cancer.

The symbol supported the London Hazards Centre’s declaration of Action Mesothelioma Day. It is caused by asbestos and many who are diagnosed were exposed decades ago at work particularly in shipbuilding and manufacturing industry or public sector work places including schools and hospitals. The launch was undertaken by specialist lawyers Thompsons Solicitors.
