Circle and District line delays explained

Commuters in London suffered delays on the London Underground, this morning – with just days to go to the Olympic Games.

Circle and District line services were held up by a late finish to engineering work.

Overground services into London on lines operated by Sourthern train company were also delayed by a broken-down train in West Sussex.
