There are severe delays on two London Underground lines this morning.
The Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines are both affected by a signal failure at Baker Street. There are also minor delays on the Metropolitan line because of the same problem.
Passengers are also facing minor delays on the Northern Line between Morden and Camden following an earlier power supply problem in the Tooting area.
As well as the delays, passengers are also being advised to take precautions because of the hot weather.
People are being told to carry water, and not get on trains if they feel unwell.
Transport for London (TfL) also said it was now running air conditioned trains on the Metropolitan line, and had completed station cooling works at Green Park and Oxford Circus.
Some roads are also affected this morning, with slow moving traffic on the Lea Bridge A12 southbound, and motorists warned to expect delays.
There is also congestion on the East India Dock Road/A13 at Poplar westbound.
