Public transport users are advised to check train times and station closures before leaving the house during Easter.

While London Underground will operate a Saturday service on Good Friday and Easter Monday, normal services will operate on Easter Saturday and Sunday.

Due to refurbishment works Dagenham Heathway and Bayswater will have no train service throughout the weekend but will be open for ticket sales and travel advice.

London Overground trains for the Barking and Gospel Oak Line will also operate a Saturday timetable on Good Friday and Easter Monday, while on Saturday no trains will be running between Upper Holloway and Gospel Oak between 9pm and 9am on Sunday.

There will also be a Sunday service on National Express C2C trains on Good Friday as well as on Bank Holiday Monday, from Barking station.

The Hammersmith & City line will operate an enhanced service between Barking and Hammersmith throughout the Easter weekend to make up for a reduced service on the Circle and District lines, which are due to engineering works.
