London Underground delays: Circle, District, Hammersmith & City Tube problems after signal failures

Signal failures have caused severe delays to three Tube lines this morning.

A failure at Temple is causing disruption to the Circle line.

Meanwhile, a signal failure at West Ham is causing delays on the District line.

The same problem is affecting the Hammersmith & City line, which is suspended between Liverpool Street and Barking.
