London Underground signal failures hit Tube services, this morning

London Underground trains were hit by severe delays this morning on the Metropolitan line, circle line and the Hammersmith and City.
The morning rush-hour disruption was caused by signal failures at Baker Street.
Buses are accepting tickets for local journeys, said Transport for London.
Elsewhere, Victoria station was closed this morning, reportedly due to a ‘police incident.’
