South West and Southern trains into London delayed

A broken down train is causing disruption to South West and Southern rail services into London this morning.
Because of the problem at at Effingham Junction trains towards London are being delayed by up to 45 minutes or diverted.
Trains are not calling at stations between Guildford and Surbiton or Wimbledon.
Meanwhile, South West trains from Basingstoke in Hampshire to Clapham Junction and Waterloo are being disrupted by an electrical supply problem.
Trains towards London are unable to call at Hook, Winchfield or Fleet until about 11am.
