Tube delays following ‘person under a train’

The Circle and Hammersmith and City lines, and much of the District line, are experiencing delays due to a person under a train earlier today.
Trains are running well behind schedule between Earls Court and Upminster on the District, and the rest of the line is affected by minor delays.
The entirety of the Hammersmith and City is affected by the incident, with severe delays.
There are minor delays on the Circle line.
Tickets are being accepted on local buses, C2C and the DLR.
