Hundreds of cyclists gathered at Bank this morning at the junction where female rider Ying Tao, 26, was killed on Monday. The London Cycling Campaign is organising the event after the PwC worker was struck by a tipper truck lorry during morning rush hour. Cyclists were encouraged to meet between St Princes St and Threadneedle St to call for “urgent action to be taken to redesign dangerous junctions like the one at Bank and to take dangerous lorries off London’s streets”.
