Two people have been charged with the murder of a man found shot in a car in Greenwich.

Genson Courtney was found in a black Volkswagen Golf in Banning Street on July 3 last year at about 10.50pm by police who were called to reports of a shooting.

The 23-year-old, from Greenwich, was taken to hospital but died on July 4 at around 3.43am.

Robert Bleach, 45, of Halstow Road, Greenwich, and David Pinto, 32, of Tyler Street, Greenwich, are both charged with murder. They are due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court this morning.
